How it Began

I was tired of hitting plateau after plateau, the harder I tried the more it felt like I was hitting a brick wall and decided to find a way to crush my plateaus and force myself to make progress in a smarter, safer and more efficent manner.

I spent 2+ years prototyping and refining and I finally got it and tested it for myself and my incline DB went from 80s to the 95s in a matter of months (yes i know i'm still not very strong). Not only that but my buddy went from repping 120s on incline DB to NOW repping the 130s in a matter of WEEKS.

I invented this tool because I needed it... now you can use it too.
